With my extensive experience working within, running, and then providing expert oversight of performance programs for high functioning teams, we will work together to understand your values and beliefs, your why, and how that is reflected in your behaviour – both when things are going well, and when under pressure. Once we understand your why, we will work together to develop a coaching package focused on your professional goals, that are underpinned by your values.
Our tailored coaching package can focus on goals such as enhancing your skills as a mentor to juniors, creating the best environment for the team to perform optimally, briefing/debriefing, optimising communication skills when leading teams, or develop tools and techniques that will help you to improve your own performance and ward off burnout.
You will also develop strategies in forming habit patterns and adaptive behaviours that will help you to perform as a leader when under pressure in a low failure tolerant environment.
Before our first coaching session you will receive a questionnaire that measures your underlying beliefs and how that is reflected in terms of your behaviour – both when things are going well, and when you are under pressure.
In our first session we will unpack those results and develop a mental coaching program tailored towards your goals, underpinned by science.

$2,500 Per Person
Includes
- 1 x Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) and app download to understand your motives and behaviours
- 1 x 90-minute first session to unpack the SDI results and then develop a coaching framework for your needs
- 4 x 60-minute sessions to help develop skills required to lead and perform within a team
- Access to the wellness tracking app that allows us to check in with each between coaching sessions to assess where you are at, and what to focus on
Package 2
$4,000 Per Person
Includes
- 1 x Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) and app download to understand your motives and behaviours
- 1 x 90 minute first session to unpack the SDI results and develop a coaching framework for your needs
- 4 x 60 minute sessions to help develop skills required to lead and perform within a team
- 5 x 60-minute sessions of ongoing coaching to help instil behaviours required to maintain your peak performance and run a high functioning team, and to adjust focus as required
- Access to the wellness tracking app that allows us to check in with each between coaching sessions to assess where you are at, and what to focus on
