1 on 1 High Performance Coaching
Athletes
Using expert knowledge gained from training high performers in high-risk environments, I offer a bespoke coaching program tailored to your needs.
We combine mental training techniques that are used by Special Forces to handle extreme pressure, with performance programs that enhance visualisation, emotional regulation and decision making for fighter pilots. Additionally, we apply the latest in practical applications of scientific research for peak performance in athletes, so you will get a program developed specifically for you to help hit your peak and maintain it – quickly.
Before our first coaching session you will receive a questionnaire that measures your underlying beliefs, and how that is reflected in your behaviour - both when things are going well, and when you are under pressure.
In our first session we will unpack those results and start to develop a mental coaching program tailored for you, underpinned by science, and focused on your goals.

$2,500 Per Person
Includes
- 1 x Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) and app download to understand your motives and behaviours
- 1 x 90-minute first session to unpack the SDI results and then develop a coaching framework for your needs
- 4 x 60-minute sessions to help develop mental skills required for you to hit peak performance within your sport, and in recovery
- Access to the athlete wellness tracking app that allows us to check in with each other between coaching sessions to assess how you are going, and where to focus your efforts
Package 2
$4,000 Per Person
Includes
- 1 x Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) and app download to understand your motives and behaviours
- 1 x 90 minute first session to unpack the SDI results and develop a coaching framework for your needs
- 4 x 60 minute sessions to help develop mental skills required for you to hit peak performance within your sport, and in recovery
- 5 x 60-minute sessions of ongoing coaching to help instil behaviours required to maintain peak performance and to adjust focus as required
- Access to the athlete wellness tracking app that allows us to check in with each other between coaching sessions to assess how you are going, and where to focus your efforts
- Pre/Post competition access to me for working through things such as performance anxiety or to unpack emotions post competition
